Frequently asked questions

What does my registration include?

In-person registration covers full access to both conference days at the CSIR International Convention Centre, including sessions across all six tracks, refreshments and networking. Virtual registration covers the full live-streamed programme.

How do I pay?

Payment is by EFT / bank transfer. Provide your billing details during registration (they can differ from your own contact details if someone else is being invoiced) and we'll issue a formal invoice within 24 hours, PO number included if you have one.

Can my organisation register a group?

Yes — corporate and team bookings are welcome. Register each delegate individually, or email info@lex-informatica.org for group arrangements and a single consolidated invoice.

Is there a student rate?

Yes — R3,999 for full 2-day in-person access, or R1,500 for virtual attendance. Select Student as your category during registration — proof of registration at a recognised institution may be requested.

Where is the venue and is there parking?

The CSIR International Convention Centre is at Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria — view on Google Maps. The venue has ample secure on-site parking.
